Come down to our occasional cask nights and join the fun. Here at the tap room we will host a different local eatery to satisfy your food cravings, serve up a weird and wonderful cask ale, and host a different charity organization to help raise some money for a good cause! WHAT IS A CASK?
Cask conditioned ale is beer that is matured in the cask in which it is served. This means that it is fresh and unfiltered and less carbonated.

Cask ale is naturally conditioned as a by-product of the secondary fermentation that takes place inside the cask, It is then served directly to your pint, without the use of extraneous carbon dioxide or filtration of any sort.

What you are tasting is a live product, full of flavour and character: beer in its natural state, with a Alley Kat twist.
