Hey Alley Kat Fam!
Summer is finally settling in, and we’re cracking open June with sunshine, seasonal brews, and a few exciting updates from the brewery!
First up—a quick birthday update: we’ve decided to move our big 30th Birthday Block Party from June 8th to September 6th. Don’t worry, we’re still throwing one heck of a bash—just giving ourselves a bit more time to make it even better (and let’s be real… September skies tend to be way less busy and can accomdate an epic party). Mark your calendars and get ready for a full day of food trucks, live music, games, giveaways, and beer-filled fun!
In the meantime, we’ve got lots going on this month:

You can now find our Non-Alcoholic lineup in more local spots, including your neighbourhood Superstore and its on sale for until July 22nd at Fresen Bros!

Brewery tour to Riverhawks

We’re teaming up with Analog Brewing for a game day adventure on June 21st! Kick things off at Alley Kat, hop on a party bus with fellow fans, stop for a pint at Analog, and then head to RE/MAX Field to cheer on the Edmonton Riverhawks. Your ticket includes brewery beers, transportation, and a seat at the game—it’s the ultimate Sunday Funday!

We’ll be at Pets in the Park on June 22nd—Edmonton Humane Society’s biggest outdoor fundraiser! We’re partnering with CAAWLS for a special adoption event at the brewery—come meet some adorable rescue pups and maybe even find your new best friend. We’re teaming up with Hope Lives Here for an adoption event that’s all about good dogs and great brews! Swing by the brewery on June 28 for Dogs for Dogs—they’ll be grilling up hotdogs and burgers, and we’re donating $1 from every pint to support their rescue efforts. 🍧 Lemon Lime Radler Slushie (AKA: The Chill Kat)
This frozen refresher is basically summer in a glass.
Ingredients:
1 can Alley Kat Lemon Lime Radler (chilled)
1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1/2 cup frozen lemonade concentrate
1/2 cup ice
Lime wedge & umbrella for flair
Instructions:Blend all ingredients until smooth and frosty. Pour into a fun glass, garnish with a lime wedge (and maybe a paper umbrella), and sip like you’re on vacation—even if it’s your backyard.
🌿 Radler Mojito Remix (AKA: Mint Condition)
A breezy, citrusy twist on the mojito that’s light, fizzy, and crushable.
Ingredients:
1/2 can Lemon Lime Radler
Juice of 1/2 lime
8 fresh mint leaves
1 oz coconut water (or white rum if you're feelin’ wild)
1 tsp sugar
Crushed ice
Mint sprig & lime wheel for garnish
Instructions:Muddle mint, lime, and sugar in your glass. Add crushed ice and coconut water (or rum). Top with Radler, give it a light stir, and garnish. Refreshment level: maxed out.
🍉 Watermelon Radler Fizz (AKA: The Patio Popper)
Sweet, fizzy, and dangerously easy to drink.
Ingredients:
1/2 can Lemon Lime Radler
1/2 cup watermelon juice or puree
Splash of lime sparkling water
Fresh watermelon cubes & mint leaves
Ice
Instructions:Mix watermelon juice and Radler in a tall glass over ice. Add a splash of sparkling water for extra fizz. Toss in some fresh melon cubes and mint leaves, then kick back and enjoy the good vibes.
