To keep things interesting and to continually offer our customers something unique, Alley Kat crafts a new brew for each coming season. Whether its the turn of winter or an extra special brew celebrating our lunar eclipse, Alley Kat takes great pleasure in creating distinct, small-run beers.

This easy-to-drink blueberry infused wheat beer is guaranteed to refresh on those sunny days and warm night of summer.  We make this beer with over 50% wheat malt and fresh blueberries form the west coast.  he result is a light bodied, blueberry infused, thirst-quenching beer.  Come by the brewery and try it today.

15th ANNIVERSARY SERIES

To celebrate our 15th anniversary, Alley Kat will be releasing 5-6 limited edition, specialty beers in 650ml bottles.

The third in Alley Kat's 15th anniversary series of beers is a celebration of old style ginger beer.  We've added root to both the kettle and the conditioning tank to produce this pleasing ginger-laced dry sparkling ale.  Cheers! Only 220 cases of this beer will be produced making this a unique and exciting one time offer. Get some while it lasts!
