Alley Kat Amber Brown Ale

Brown ales are the all purpose beers for dark ale lovers and our Amber Brown holds true to that statement.

Alley Kat Amber, our vision of the original London style Brown Ale. The Amber pours a nice reddish hue and accompanied with a nose of caramel malts and floral hops. English Kent Golding hops along with Fuggles hops are used in this brown ale to give it that slight bitterness. The subtle blend of the two hops results in slight spiciness that is marvelous for pairing with meats and cheeses.
